How Hemmakväll created a short-term gaming campaign to increase sales during Halloween - Q4 2019

The Client

Hemmakväll was Swedens equivalent to Blockbuster. Today they are the largest candy store in Sweden and focus more on candy and toys and are moving away from renting movies in the era of streaming.

 

The Challenge

With the success of the previous campaign “link to Estrella & Hemmakväll becomes main sponsors of Jewanderz 5 year stream anniversary – Q3 2019” Hemmakväll wanted to create a gaming campaign for Halloween and reach the console gaming audience!

 

The Solution

Our recommendation was to create a short term campaign that aimed at creating traffic and sales to their offline stores with a discount code through Youtube and Instagram however culminating in a 12h Twitch stream in order to create sales during Halloween.
